Life Insurance

A² provides life insurance equal to 100% of the employee’s annual salary. All employee premiums are paid by A².

Retirement Savings plan
A² currently contributes an amount equal to 3% of the employee’s biweekly salary to their 401k account. This contribution is independent of the amount contributed by the employee. An employee may also contribute a Roth deferral to their 401k account.

Employee Referral Program
Employees are awarded $2,000 for referring candidates for open positions.

Personal Financial Planning
A² will reimburse the employee for financial advising services for up to $1000 per year.

Health Club Membership
A² will reimburse the monthly costs of a membership to a health club up to $200 per month.

Mobile Phone Stipend
A² will provide a $65 mobile phone stipend each month

Continuing Education

A² will reimburse employees for employer approved continuing education or certifications that relate to their position.

Time Off

A² provides three weeks per year of PTO, at least eleven paid holidays, jury duty, and bereavement.

Flex Schedule

A² has established a flexible work arrangement program for employees. This enables team members to vary the schedules they work during the designated two week pay periods when possible.
